Made some Bourbon Blondies for a party. Typical blondie recipe but instead of a teaspoon of vanilla I added three shots of Bourbon. Of course, if one does that you have to increase the amount of flour to offset the added liquid and that's a dicey proposition... too much flour and it'll taste like cake, not enough and it'll never bake. They turned out and were quite good, but I think next time I'll add more flour. A fun treat for when you want some different.
