5 Days
The house has been on the market for 5 days and shown twice to the same person. Today (day 5) she put in an offer for our asking price! We of course accepted. We hope everything else goes as smoothly. Hopefully she does not encounter the same financial lending woes that we faced just 5 months ago. But, just to be on the safe side, we're having an open house on Sunday, April 30th. I hope soon we get to see this in our yard:
