Today we signed with
Gary Lawson to sell our home. He seems like a nice guy and is just what we're looking for in someone to promote our home to potential
buyers. He has 10 years experience in the area. He is more of a "Seller's Agent" than a "Buyer's Agent" (which is what we wanted) and is very likeable. He thinks our house is perfect for first time home buyers (just like we were when we bought the place in Dec.!). Gary said there wasn't anything we needed to do to improve the place (yippie!), so hopefully we sell it FAST! Cross those fingers for us.
