Apparently someone wanted to see it yesterday?! The place was only on the market for a few hours. This is fabulous. I don't know if the folks coming on Monday are the same as those wanting to look at it yesterday or not, but hey, who cares?! Someone at least wants to see the place. Yippie.
I've created a "Welcome Book" that contains basic information like:
- Appliance Page - includes manufacturer's names, model and serial numbers for all included appliances
- "Paint Chip Pages" - actual paint chips of the selected paint colors for every room, along with the formula for mixing the custom colors, and where we purchased the paint from
- Utilities, Etc. Page - names, phone numbers and basic information of the cable company, electric & gas company, trash service, water, etc.
I hope the future home owners find the book helpful and useful.
