It figures that the first day of a temp job, we get a call to show the house. Since I wasn't home I couldn't get it in tip-top shape. With 2 dogs and 2 cats that shed constantly I need to vacuum a lot more often than I care to. But, when trying to sell a house I'll vacuum twice a day if need be. Same with dusting the glass coffee table, wiping down counters, etc. Hopefully the potential buyers were able to look beyond the mess.

Temp Job
It figures that the first day of a temp job, we get a call to show the house. Since I wasn't home I couldn't get it in tip-top shape. Knowing how tidy your house is.....I'm sure that it looked perfect without even having time to vacume.

Still showing the house? Is this for a backup offer?
In case the buyer isn't able to finance the deal, then we won't have to start at ground zero again as there will hopefully be other interested parties. That's my understanding of it.
